We only accept return for exchange under these following conditions:
The product that you received have defect
The product that we sent is wrong
The product remained unwashed with its original price tag and label
The product isn’t SALE product
The request for return should be submitted maximum 7 (seven) days after you received the product.
All products must be returned in their original condition. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in shipping process. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return labels for international shipping.
